The evening was just wonderful. In addition to the typical brewery atmosphere, good Altbier and delicious Rhenish sauerbraten, the friendly service staff round off a visit to this location. I can hardly recommend a visit to anyone who is out and about in Düsseldorf Am Wehrhahn. Clear recommendation!

Lunch break in Frankenheim on Wielandstrasse. Nice brewery, nicely furnished, very clean and courteous service. I was there with a few colleagues for a break and business meeting. Favorite dish: heaven and earth - the classic! It was great, nothing to complain about. Price-performance ratio is right. There is also something suitable for the small budget. Corona measures, as far as you can understand, have been implemented. Mask requirement until seated, everything hygienic, guest slips filled out, enough distance to neighboring tables, etc. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!

The staff is super friendly. The food is delicious. Highly recommended for a quiet evening far from the old town. It looks great inside.

I was there with my son on the weekend! Great ambience, cozy and clean. Just as it should look in a brewery bar. Nice service, very courteous, polite and quick. The food is simply delicious! My son ordered the knuckle burger. Juicy and delicious with fries. Price-performance ratio okay. The goat cheese salad also tasted great. Well presented, lots of fruit! For dessert there was the chocolate tart. A dream! Also worth a visit in Corona times. Enough space, hygiene measures implemented by the staff, guest slips filled out. We will be back!

First impression after entering the establishment, beautiful brewery style and nice furnishings, but very cool, which is hopefully due to the good ventilation due to Corona. We had reserved a table and the waitress just sent one way and we didn't know where to sit. When and then a table was shown and we had ordered drinks, a broken glass was placed in front of me and my companion was given a very sour, bad wine for € 6.80, which you had probably bought in a tetrapack for 40 cents. The drinks were also mixed up. When it came to dinner, things only got worse. I had ordered game goulash with dumplings. The food was lukewarm, the dumplings were pale and floury. I could bet 100 € that these dumplings were not made by myself but came out of the bag. My companion ordered the Viennese-style schnitzel with extra gypsy sauce, which only came 5 minutes after the meal. The fries were soft and not tasty and there was half a lemon on the plate ... yes half a lemon. All in all one of the worst restaurant visits I have ever had ... The waiter was so kind after we had complained about the wine to tell us that the wine had been complained about very often. If the management should read this for whatever reason then they should reconsider their management

Good location, very friendly female service. Very attentive. Knuckle was good, unfortunately not soft and everything squeezed onto a plate. If it had been soft I would say excellent. But you can recommend the restaurant.

Sit comfortably (both outside and inside) and drink a neat Alt. And that in the circle of friends even in Corona times

In the inner courtyard you sit very nicely, something that has been around you a little less brewery.

It's a little far from the city center so you can always have a free meal.

The restaurant is really very tastefully decorated. No cheap decoration, but the colors were all very well matched. This restaurant really has the potential to become my new favorite place. The waiter worked quickly, cleanly and nicely. Try that unique cooking room, on the menu is in the guideline for everyone something.

We've been here twice to eat knuckle of pork. Both times the waiter was very moody and abrupt, it didn't make you feel welcome. The knuckle itself was delicious, but that's not rocket science either. The price was unbeatable for it, and the side dishes were delicious. The star deduction is mainly for the somewhat unfriendly treatment.

A very cheeky waitress! With the prices, you could put more effort into the preparation of the food, it just doesn't taste good. But the waiter was just impossible, very annoying, couldn't even leave us alone for a few minutes, just made stupid comments and asked idiotic questions! Never again!!!

The best German food

I had a chance to pay a visit to this place 2 nights in row. If I would be there 3rd night I would have troubles to decide what to choose for my dinner. Offered meals (Dry meat in their Burger, Barely Done Beef steak (zero selection of how to make it, medium/done/well done/raw). I can recommend to start with their beers, which waiters are bringing in right timing - just before the last beer is finished. I also enjoyed my staying there with excellent chocolate cake as desert.

Typical place. The food is delicious. Worth the visit. One detail, if you ask for the knee, get ready, serve two people and spare.

For those who are searching for a nice brewery not necessarily in downtown, this is the best place. They have one of the best Schweinshaxe in town and during summer their Biergarten isn’t the best place to spent time.

Had the rouladen (rinderroulade on the menu) as I remembered my mom making it when we lived in Germany 30+ years ago. I highly recommend it! Amazingly delicious.
